At Spotlite, we prioritize professionalism over appearance, age, or size.
To be eligible, you must have at least 10 paid commercial shoots — including campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce, or TV commercials. The following types of work are not considered valid: test shoots, collaboration projects, social media brand deals, or self-produced profile content.
Models currently under exclusive contracts with an agency are also not eligible. Finally, you must hold a valid visa that permits paid modeling work in your country of activity.
