Can I get a refund if I’m dissatisfied with the model’s appearance or performance?

If you did not meet the model in person prior to the shoot, and the shoot day is your first time seeing them, it is acceptable to cancel only if there is a clear mismatch in objective traits—such as body measurements or other physical characteristics that differ significantly from the model’s profile.

In such cases, please communicate directly with the model to agree on whether to cancel the shoot or proceed with adjusted terms.

However, once the shoot begins, the full model fee must be paid, regardless of how the results are used. Refunds cannot be issued for subjective dissatisfaction after the shoot has taken place.

To avoid such issues, we strongly recommend:

• Requesting snapshots or videos before the shoot,

• Clearly stating appearance or styling expectations

• Arranging an in-person meeting if necessary.

This ensures smoother communication and fewer surprises on the day of the shoot.
