Payment FAQ

Can I request a quote document?

Yes, if you need a formal quote for internal approval or a client proposal, please let our Customer Experience Team know. We’ll prepare and send you a tailored quotation accordingly as a PDF. Please note: If you require an official document for tax or accounting purposes, this must be issued after the shoot in the form of a tax invoice.

When and how should I make the payment and issue the tax invoice?

Payment for the talent fee is processed within 30 days of the photoshoot date via virtual account or credit card. However, if you need to adjust the payment date due to your schedule or internal circumstances, please notify the Customer Support team of your preferred date in advance. After the photoshoot, payments are made as follows: PC version 1. Click on the MENU in the top right corner and go to 'Project Management'. 2. Select the project you wish to pay for and confirm the final amount. 3.

The model listed an additional amount without agreement of client.

Negotiation of additional amounts is, in principle, conducted on-site. Spotlite officially recognizes the following as grounds for additional charges: [Overtime incurred, out-of-city transportation fees not agreed upon in advance, shoot conducted not specified in the contract] If the model unilaterally listed an additional amount outside of these reasons, please contact the Spotlite customer support team.

Can I make the payment in advance (before the shoot)?

Yes. The standard payment term is within 30 days of the shoot date, but advance payments are accepted upon request. However, we generally recommend making the payment after the shoot, as certain conditions (e.g., usage changes, overtime, or extra deliverables) may arise during the shoot. Paying after the shoot helps ensure that all final terms are accurately reflected in the invoice.

Can I sign and receive a paper contract instead?

Spotlite handles all contracts via e-signature (Modusign) to ensure convenience and accessibility for both clients and models, regardless of location or time zone. Digital contracts are legally binding, and a signed PDF version will be available for download and printing after completion. If your organization has an internal policy that requires a physical contract, please contact Spotlite’s Customer Experience Team. We will review the request and let you know if a paper-based process is possibl

The company signing the contract is different from the one using the service.

Please provide the following details to Spotlite’s Customer Experience Team: 1. Certificate for Business Registration of the company signing the contract 2. (V2) What if the payment will be made by a different company than the one that signed the contract?

Spotlite payments are processed via Stripe as the standard method. If payment via Stripe is not feasible, please reach out to our Support Team (CX) and we'll assist you directly. It's fine if the user and the payer are different. Since payment is completed within the platform, please align in advance between the user and the payer to ensure a smooth process.

Our internal payment date is fixed. What should we do?

If your company has a fixed internal payment schedule, Spotlite can accommodate it with flexibility. While payments are normally required within 30 days from the date the settlement statement is received, the payment date can be adjusted upon request. Once your scheduled payment date is confirmed, please inform the Spotlite Support Team in advance. We'll update the contract accordingly and assist you in processing the payment smoothly within your internal schedule. Please note that some payment

Can I get a refund if I'm dissatisfied with the model's appearance or performance?

If you see the model in person for the first time on the shoot day and find objective differences (e.g., size) from what was agreed, you may discuss adjustments in writing with the model and choose not to proceed with the shoot. Please note that even in this case, the full Spotlite service fee may still apply under Article 13 of the Terms of Service. However, once the contract is signed, cancellation or refund requests based solely on personal dissatisfaction with the model's appearance are not

I've already signed the contract, but I want to cancel

After you confirm a model on Spotlite, a digital contract via DONUE e-signature will be sent through the Spotlite Support Team. Once both the client and the model have signed, the booking is considered confirmed, and cancellation from this point onward will be subject to a cancellation fee under the Terms of Service.
