If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot date,the party canceling must pay 50% of the contract amount to the other party.If the other party explicitly agrees, this amount may be waived.Regardless of the scheduled shoot date, the Spotlite service fee will still be charged upon cancellation.(This applies regardless of mutual agreement.)

If the cancellation is due to unavoidable and legitimate reasons,the cancellation fee may be waived upon submission of supporting documents.Recognized reasons include:
National emergencies, disasters, accidents, or other force majeure events
Serious illness or injury of the client or their representative
Death of an immediate family member (or an equivalent relationship)
Inability to proceed due to government policies or travel restrictions
Other unavoidable circumstances reasonably acknowledged by Spotlite
To request a waiver, supporting documents must be submitted within 14 days of cancellation.If the submitted evidence is insufficient, additional documentation may be requested.
