Spotlite aims to provide an easy and fast payment experience.
As of November 2024, our policy is that clients pay Spotlite within 30 business days of the photoshoot. Once we confirm receipt of the payment, the fee is transferred to the model within 1-3 business days.
Payments for freelance models are sent to their personal bank account, while payments for agency-represented models are sent to their management's designated account. The transfer is automatically made to the account number provided by the individual or their management.
For Freelance Models: The payment is deposited after a 3.3% withholding tax deduction.
For Agency-represented Models: The payment is deposited including 10% VAT.
Once you have successfully completed your photoshoot, please follow the steps below to process your payment:
1. Click the MENU in the top-right corner and go to 'Casting Requests'.
2. Select the completed project to confirm your final fee. Please do this promptly, as the amount will be automatically confirmed 48 hours after the shoot, and you will no longer be able to add extra charges. Client payment can only proceed after you have confirmed the final amount.
3. If you incurred additional costs, please enter the amount and the reason. Clients may not pay for extra charges that were not agreed upon on-site. Additional costs officially recognized by Spotlight include: overtime, intercity transportation costs not previously agreed upon, and any work performed that was not specified in the contract.
4. Once the amount is confirmed, please enter your account information. Agency accounts can also be registered, and you can update your account details at any time.

2. Select the completed project and confirm the final amount. If 48 hours pass from the shoot, it will be automatically confirmed, and you won't be able to add additional charges. Client payment is also only possible after the final amount is confirmed, so please confirm it quickly.
3. If there were additional costs, please enter the amount and reason. Keep in mind that clients may not pay for additional charges that were not agreed upon on-site. Spotlite officially recognizes the following as grounds for additional charges:
Overtime incurred
Out-of-city transportation fees not agreed upon in advance
Shoots conducted not specified in the contract
