When and where will I receive payment?
Spotlite is committed to providing a fast and seamless payment experience.As of October 2025, clients are required to make payment to Spotlite within 30 business days after the shoot. Spotlite is a platform that securely facilitates contracts between models and brands, but it is not an employer and does not directly pay salaries to models. Payments through Spotlite are processed via Stripe Connect, with SpotLite Global, Inc. (a U.S. entity) acting as the payor of record. Therefore, any payments received through Spotlite must be reported by the model for tax purposes. As a freelancer, your earnings are not subject to year-end tax settlement.
