Payments through Spotlite are processed via Stripe Connect, with SpotLite Global, Inc. (a U.S. entity) acting as the payor of record.
Therefore, any payments received through Spotlite must be reported by the model for tax purposes. As a freelancer, your earnings are not subject to year-end tax settlement. You must report them during the comprehensive income tax filing period, either through a tax agent or directly via the Hometax system.
