Content created with models booked on Spotlite can only be used within the usage period specified in the contract. This period begins from the date the content is first published (e.g. posted online), and only during this time can it be edited, published, or used for advertising.
Under Korean copyright law (Article 16) and international norms like the Berne Convention, copyright holders retain reproduction and transmission rights. However, content legally posted during the agreed usage period is not typically subject to forced removal—unless a contract explicitly requires deletion after the usage period ends.
Once the usage period ends, continued use—including reposting or promotion—is not permitted by default. If you wish to extend the usage, you’ll need to negotiate additional fees or issue a new contract.
In some cases, some content may remain visible after the usage period, depending on the model’s consent for archiving images. This consent is provided when a model responds to a booking request. Please check the model’s archive consent status before making assumptions about long-term visibility.
