What is a content usage period? Can I use content indefinitely?

Content created through collaborations between clients and models on Spotlite can be used only within the usage period specified in the contract. The usage period begins on the date the content is first uploaded (published) and covers all related actions such as posting, advertising, or editing.After the usage period expires, reusing or reposting the content is generally not allowed. Continued use requires a new agreement or additional fee negotiation.However, whether the content can remain visible after expiration depends on the model’s consent to image archiving. Please check the model’s archiving agreement status in the booking response.According to Korean copyright law and international standards, once content has been lawfully uploaded, it is generally not subject to mandatory deletion unless specified in the contract. If the contract includes a “deletion after use period” clause, it must be followed.Since April 2025, Spotlite requests models to confirm their consent for image archiving at the time of booking, so you can review archiving permissions in advance during the initial estimate stage.
