When and where will I receive payment?

Spotlite is committed to providing a fast and seamless payment experience.As of October 2025, clients are required to make payment to Spotlite within 30 business days after the shoot. Once payment is confirmed, the model receives their payout within 1–3 business days.Payments are processed as follows:Freelance models: paid to a personal account, with 3.3% withholding tax deductedAgency models: paid to the management’s designated account, with 10% VAT includedAll transfers are automatically made to the account information provided by the model or management.If your shoot has been completed successfully, payments will be processed in the following steps.

1. Click the MENU in the top-right corner and go to 'Casting Requests'.

2. Select the completed project to confirm your final fee. Please do this promptly, as the amount will be automatically confirmed 48 hours after the shoot, and you will no longer be able to add extra charges. Client payment can only proceed after you have confirmed the final amount.

3. If you incurred additional costs, please enter the amount and the reason. Clients may not pay for extra charges that were not agreed upon on-site. Additional costs officially recognized by Spotlight include: overtime, intercity transportation costs not previously agreed upon, and any work performed that was not specified in the contract.

4. Once the amount is confirmed, please enter your account information. Agency accounts can also be registered, and you can update your account details at any time.

1. Tap MENU in the top right corner and go to 'Project Offers'

2. Select the completed project and confirm the final amount. If 48 hours pass from the shoot, it will be automatically confirmed, and you won't be able to add additional charges. Client payment is also only possible after the final amount is confirmed, so please confirm it quickly.

3. If there were additional costs, please enter the amount and reason. Keep in mind that clients may not pay for additional charges that were not agreed upon on-site. Spotlite officially recognizes the following as grounds for additional charges:

  • Overtime incurred

  • Out-of-city transportation fees not agreed upon in advance

  • Shoots conducted not specified in the contract

4. Once the amount is confirmed, please enter your bank account information. Agency accounts can also be registered, and you can change your account details at any time.
