Spotlite FAQ

Can I get a refund if I'm dissatisfied with the model's appearance or performance?

CX TEAM2026-07-21

If you see the model in person for the first time on the shoot day and find objective differences (e.g., size) from what was agreed, you may discuss adjustments in writing with the model and choose not to proceed with the shoot. Please note that even in this case, the full Spotlite service fee may still apply under Article 13 of the Terms of Service.

However, once the contract is signed, cancellation or refund requests based solely on personal dissatisfaction with the model's appearance are not permitted.

If the shoot proceeds after seeing the model, the full model fee stated in the contract must be paid regardless of whether the results are used.

In short, refunds or payment adjustments are only possible through a written agreement when the shoot is canceled before it begins, and the Spotlite service fee may still apply separately. Please make sure to confirm the model's condition and communicate thoroughly in advance.
