Once a booking is confirmed, Spotlite will send out a contract via email or KakaoTalk. Contracts are handled through an online system called “Modusign.”
The contract is automatically generated based on the information you provided (e.g., rate, schedule, hours), and both parties must sign it for it to be valid. If anything needs to be changed after confirmation, you can discuss it via chat and request a revision. Spotlite’s Customer Experience Team monitors all contracts before and after signing, so feel free to reach out if you need help at any stage.
