Booking request notifications are sent via KakaoTalk (for Korea) or LINE (for Thailand), using the phone number you provided in your application. Tap the button in the alert message to go directly to the Spotlite website, where you can choose to “Accept,” “Decline,” or “Propose a Rate.”
If you don’t respond within a certain time frame, the client may consider the request passively declined. We recommend checking and responding as soon as possible. Booking requests are typically sent to 1–3 candidates at the same time, so your response speed and clear communication can significantly impact the final selection.
