How do I delete my account? Is there anything I should be aware of?

To delete your account, go to [Menu] in the upper right corner of the main page→ [User Account], and scroll down to find the [Resign Spotlite] button.

Please note that once you delete your account, you’ll need to reapply from the beginning if you want to return, and approval is not guaranteed.

If you’ve recently signed with an agency or are taking a temporary break, we recommend switching to a “Dormant Account” through our Customer Experience Team instead. In dormant status, your profile will be hidden from clients, and you can request to reactivate it later. If you plan to return in the future, this is the best option to preserve your onboarding status.
