Spotlite FAQ

If a model clicks “Confirm availability,” is the booking confirmed?

CX TEAM2025-06-11

No. When a model first clicks “Confirm availability,” it does not mean the booking is finalized. It simply indicates that the model is available and interested, based on the proposed schedule and conditions.

After you send a Request Shortlist Booking, the model can respond with one of the following:

confirm availability, decline, or suggest a rate.

If the model clicks “Confirm availability,” you’ll receive a notification (e.g., “Model has confirmed their availability”).

At that point, it’s up to the client to decide the next step:

You can place an option, move forward with a confirmed booking, or decide not to proceed.

In short, the model’s acceptance is only one part of the process—a booking is only confirmed once the client officially accepts the terms and finalizes the arrangement. If you still need to discuss rates or conditions, we recommend continuing the conversation via the Chat feature before confirming.
