A "no-show" refers to a situation where a model fails to attend a confirmed shoot without prior notice or valid reason, or when the model is unreachable for over 20 minutes past the scheduled start time, causing the shoot to be disrupted.
Spotlite applies a two-step penalty system for no-shows:1st occurrence: 90-day booking restriction (profile hidden) + account eligibility review2nd occurrence: Permanent account suspension (with opportunity for appeal)
When a no-show occurs:
The model bears 100% of the platform service fee for that booking.
The client receives a 100% platform fee waiver for their next booking.
If a model misses a shoot due to an emergency (e.g., accident, hospitalization, death of an immediate family member), please contact the Spotlite Team within 24 hours and provide supporting evidence. The penalty level may be adjusted after internal review.
