Spotlite FAQ

What happens if a model No-Shows?

CX TEAM2025-08-01

A no-show occurs when a model misses a confirmed shoot without valid prior notice or emergency. If unreachable 20 minutes past the scheduled time, the absence will be recorded as a No-Show.

Spotlite enforces a 2-strike penalty system for no-shows:

  • 1st Offense: 90-day suspension (Profile hidden from service) + Eligibility review

  • 2nd Offense: Permanent account removal (appeal available)

In the event of a no-show:

  • The model is responsible for covering 100% of the platform service fee for the affected booking.

  • The client will receive a 100% platform fee waiver on their next booking.

If the absence was due to a serious emergency, please contact the Spotlite Team within 24 hours with documentation. We may review the case and adjust the penalty at our discretion.
