Q1. What is a Request Expired?
A Request Expired occurs when a booking request goes unanswered for 48 hours — meaning no acceptance, rejection, or chat response. When this happens, the request is automatically cancelled.
To prevent this, simply accept or decline any incoming requests. There's no penalty for declining.
In fact, a quick decline helps the client find another model faster, so don't hesitate.
You can check incoming requests via KakaoTalk notification or by logging into the Spotlite app or web directly.
Q2. What happens if Expired occurrences keep repeating?
Starting April 14, 2026, the following policy will be officially applied.
A warning notice will be sent when 2 Expired occurrences are confirmed on your account.
If Expired occurrences reach 3 or more, your account may be deactivated.
You will receive an advance notice via email before any deactivation action is taken.
Q3. How can I reactivate a deactivated account?
If you'd like to reactivate your account, please reach out to us at eric@teamspotlite.com and we'll guide you through the process.
