Spotlite FAQ

What should I do if a client wants to move the contract off-platform?

CX TEAM2026-07-21

If a client who has already sent a confirmed booking request through Spotlite tries to proceed with the contract outside the platform, please notify the Spotlite Support Team immediately.

Such behavior constitutes a bypass under the Terms of Service and is classified as a Material Breach, which may result in immediate account termination without a cure period.

Spotlite requires that all key steps—negotiation, contract signing, and payment—take place within the platform to ensure safe and transparent transactions.

If off-platform activity is detected, both the client and the model may face immediate account termination, and liquidated damages of USD 10,000 or 5 times the applicable service fee, whichever is greater, may be imposed per violation under Article 25 of the Terms of Service.

Additionally, off-platform contracts carry risks such as non-payment, so all bookings must be managed within Spotlite.
