Unless the client leaves a specific note in the chat, Spotlite cannot confirm the exact reason for cancellations. In most cases, delays in response, schedule conflicts, or budget concerns may be factors.
A cancellation doesn’t mean there’s a problem with your profile — you may still receive future requests from other clients. To improve your booking chances, keep your portfolio, career history, and snapshots up to date, and respond promptly to new requests.
